Meagan Hall and her co-workers are said to have engaged in a series of sexually assaultive acts, including sending explicit photos, grabbing a top from a ‘Girls Gone Wild party and verbally engaging in a verbal fight with two other people. An internal investigation released on Dec. 28 found that Hall had verbal contact with Powell and Shields while on duty at both the police station and the police gym while on duty at both locations. There have been allegations of sexual assault in many public places, including on a ship, in a hotel, and at the home of another law enforcement officer.
It was timed after La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole learned of Hall’s threesome with other officers as well as Magliocco and his wife, among other allegations after an investigation into the victims’ lives began.

Magliocco claims that he and his friends were watching football at a party while Hall and Hall were watching and they kissed. He said that Hall kissed him after learning about their “open marriage” with his wife, Amy.
The officer told police that Hall’s husband witnessed the kiss and told police that he “didn’t like” his wife even a little bit with the Maglioccos and reported it to police. While this may be the case, it does indicate that he and she continue to be romantically involved.
