Aqua Security, a pure cloud security provider, has introduced the industry’s only $1 million Cloud Native security guarantee.
The warranty covers Aqua’s Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), or Aqua’s ability to stop cloud-native attacks. The guarantee, which is free to all users who fully install the Aqua platform, will pay $1 million in the event of a successful attack.
As the onslaught of the cloud grows, Aqua is the first company to make a real difference to protecting cloud workloads in production. As cloud applications are increasingly used for business-critical applications, securing these applications is paramount. Traditional security tools have proven ineffective in protecting cloud environments, with recent research by Aqua Nautilus showing that it takes less than 20 minutes to mitigate a vulnerable cloud workload.
“Production workloads are the most important thing in the cloud, and that’s what attackers are after,” said Dror Davidoff, CEO and founder of Aqua Security. “Aqua is the only vendor that can prevent attacks throughout the entire development lifecycle and stop them when it matters most – in production. The best way to show your trust in our platform is to secure your reputation. No one else in our space can make that statement.”
The Aqua platform protects customers’ cloud assets from day one and provides real-time protection. The platform automatically prevents attacks by preventing vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, confidential and malicious software from entering production. Aqua protects the entire application lifecycle, from the software supply chain to running workloads, automating prevention and enabling rapid response.
